Over 2000 letters related to the genius that was James Joyce have now been added to the letters website Visual Correspondence. They show a man, and a family, in constant motion, travelling throughout Europe, rarely settling in one place for very long. Perhaps because of this he cultivated a huge international social circle. The only way to keep in touch with this network of friends was through letters, and he wrote thousands. Naturally his friends wrote back and the collection includes details on letters from F.
